Admin What a Flight....

What started off as a simple flight from Syracuse, NY to Orlando, FL turned into a bit of a flight circus. We pushed back from the gate a bit early so of course that is always appreciated by any given flyer but about a hour and half into the flight is where the exitement begins. The flight announces that the bathrooms are out of order and that everyone would just have to hold their needs for now. Five minutes later the Captain announced that we would be diverted to Washington-Dulles airport in order to fix the problem.

So we arrived to Washington-Dulles and are not allowed to leave the plane and it takes another 30 - 40 minutes before the bathrooms are "fixed" or moreless serviced. So the picture shown here in this article is the line formed for the front bathroom which looked identical to the one in the back. After about 15 minutes later, JetBlue announces that everyone should get back into their seats unless it was an emergency in order to get back on course.

A guy sitting maybe about two rows back on the other side from me, had such an emergency but when he went up to the front of the plane the flight attendant told him to go back to his seat which he frankly refused and went into the bathroom anyway. Once the guy used the bathroom and went back to his seat, the flight attendant came to his seat to express her dissatisifaction and then called her supervisor to request him off of the plane. So like 10 minutues later, finally the supervisor comes and talks to the guy and the surrounding other passengers which all expressed their dissatisifaction of the flight attendant handling of this situation and also the wasting of time over this while passengers could have been still going to the bathrooms.

The supervisor does listen to the passengers and the guy is not thrown off of the plane and we proceed to prepare for our departure. A Bumpy take off only delays further before the remainder of folks could use the bathrooms but we finally arrived into the Orlando at 9:30 PM instead of the original time of 7:06 PM.

As we were existing out of the jetway tunnel into the terminal, a JetBlue representative was handing out a $50 coupon off notification for the next flight on JetBlue.

Personally for me, this is the third time, I have ever flown with JetBlue but each time it has been a bad experience so for me they can have their $50 credit. I plan not to fly with them again. Lastly, I believe that this could have avoided if they just did the proper servicing of their bathrooms versus trying to push back ahead of/ or on schedule.
